Mission Statement
Inner Icon’s mission is to change fitness perspective and the way that we look at our health. We desire to see healthy, strong, independent individuals whose lives are made better in all areas as a result of sound fitness and nutrition.
Who we are
Inner Icon is committed to you. We decided to form this company because this is what we care about. This is what makes us excited to wake up in the morning! We want to guide you towards a healthy life that YOU create. Health and fitness are not obtained by fancy gadgets sold in an infomercial, a special drink or a pill. Fitness is obtained by hard work and commitment.
There are so many different fitness programs, articles, claims and diets out there that it can be VERY confusing to know what works and what does not. That is where we come in. We sift through all of the information and only use the things that actually work. In order for us to implement anything there must be scientific AND experiential evidence!
Why we’re different
We are coaches, not trainers. We use a wide spectrum, full approach to look at you as an individual.
We look at MORE than just your fitness level.
We're educators. We love teaching and giving you tools for success.
We're lifelong students. Learning is a top priority.
We're professionals. We believe that guessing at your health is not an option.
We specialize in:
- Reversing Disease
- Building Healthy Families
- Improving Sports Performance
- Working towards "Super Health"
