Traveling? No equipment? No problem.

Find your local hill...and use it!
You don't need a bunch of equipment, or a gym full of fancy machines to get in good shape! That's right, you heard me. You can workout with zero equipment. Yes, we are running our own training facility, and yes we want you to come train with us, but more importantly, we want you to exercise!
Have you ever watched gymnastics? Those are some of the strongest people I have ever seen and they train almost all bodyweight movements. Some of the hardest workouts I have ever done are as simple as running. Try sprinting up a hill as fast as you can a few times. Go to the track and run some 8x200m intervals. Do a few rounds of pushups, squats and situps. Just get moving! There are so many benefits to exercise and your body will thank you.
At Inner Icon, we are going to help you train smart and achieve your goals much faster. But really we want to see you healthy and active. Check out this resource from Ross Enamait: No Excuses. So there you go. No excuses. Whether your traveling, don't have a gym membership or don't feel like leaving home, you can still get a great workout in!
