We'll help clean out your kitchen, meal plan, take you shopping and show you some cooking techniques to get you well on your way to achieving your goals. Check out the details:
First, we will purge your kitchen cabinets, pantry and refrigerator of all processed, and other undesireable foods. We'll discuss why bad foods are bad and good food are good, as a refresher. We will make sure you have all the right tools for cooking, the right pots and pans and utensils.
Next, we will create a one week meal plan. We'll utilize cookbooks and your favorite meals to plan out a week of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. From this menu we will create a shopping list. Then we will head to the grocery store, fill up a cart with the ingredients for the week while we take the time to look at labels, discuss the best alternatives and how to make 'cheat meals' safe!
Finally, we will gather up all your ingredients, pull out the necessary equipment and spend a couple hours cooking! We will cover basic cooking techniques, how to make dozens of simple meals and how to utilize large meals.

Recipes
Cinnamon Muffins
These are a delicious alternative to cinnamon rolls for a quick addition at breakfast or part of brunch!
Ingredients:
Muffin mix-
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon coconut milk
1/2 cup honey
Glaze-
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix together all the dry batter ingredients. Add the wet batter ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Pour batter evenly into twelve muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix all the topping ingredients in a separate bowl, and drizzle over the muffins.
