New Services

We have a couple new services that we are excited to offer you!

First, joining group classes is now easier. The intro class is called Essentials.  We limit this class to 3-4 people MAX so that you get personal attention, can ask lots of questions and feel comfortable with the movements.   This series consists of three 1.5 hour sessions where you learn the foundational movements needed to join a group class.

...  Feedback from our Essentials class:  "The atmosphere was professional yet very friendly.  Two essential aspects!  Most of the things discussed were eye opening...  I felt that the coach cared alot."

Another new service we now offer is Program Design.  We offer Program Design for those seeking a personalized fitness and nutrition program but may have limited availability or prefer to work out on his/her own time.  Regular communication and meetings with the coach will ensure the program is meeting the goals you will set.  Many people have expressed a lack of progress while working out on his/her own and no excitement in training.  Program Design will get you on your way to seeing the changes you want and get you excited about your health again!

How Program Design works:  First, you come in for an assessment with your coach.  After this you go home, create some specific goals, track your food, and think about what level of committment you want for your training.  You then send your coach your results.  Together you decide the direction you will go.  Once this is decided, you will receive a personalized program written for you specifically to help you reach your goals.  You will meet with your coach every 3-4 weeks to discuss progress, and receive the next phase of your program.  During this time you will also have open communication via email to ask questions and provide feedback.

Think creatively!  Program Design + Personal Training is an option...  Do you live a little far away from Auburn?  Program Design (distance training) might be a good option for you.
