We have recently partnered with Full Circle Farms, a CSA style produce and grocery delivery program!
You can have fresh, local and organic produce delivered to our gym once a week! There are a bunch of great benefits for signing up with Full Circle. They have a 400+ acre certified organic farm offering a huge variety of local and in season fruits and veggies! They've also partnered with dozens of local farmers, growers and producers to offer all natural groceries such as meat, artisan cheeses, coffee and grass fed dairy that you can add to your weekly orders. Details:
- Orders are delivered once a week on Tuesdays.
- Your box will be available for pick-up between 3:00 and 7:00pm.
- All payments are made online through their website.
- Each week you can modify your box to contain only the fruits and veggies you want.

1. Visit the website at http://www.fullcirclefarm.com, and click on the "Sign Up" tab in the upper right corner.

2. Choose a username and password and click "Continue"
3. Select Auburn-Inner Icon as your pick up site under Seattle-Metro area

4. Fill out information fields
5. Select the box size you would like to recieve, your order frequency and the first date you'd like to recieve a box.

6.Make modifications to your box to make sure you only get exactly what you want!

* You will recieve a confirmation email and another email the Thursday before each order so you can add additional groceries or change items in your box!
Recipes
Cinnamon Muffins
These are a delicious alternative to cinnamon rolls for a quick addition at breakfast or part of brunch!
Ingredients:
Muffin mix-
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon coconut milk
1/2 cup honey
Glaze-
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix together all the dry batter ingredients. Add the wet batter ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Pour batter evenly into twelve muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix all the topping ingredients in a separate bowl, and drizzle over the muffins.
